Problem with high speed setting

When using the shower on the high speed setting it works fine for a minute or two then cuts out the pump then kicks it back in again. The low speed setting works fine with no cutting out at all. We have replaced the dual speed loom assembly twice and thermostatic cartridge, put on a new hose and descaled the shower head but its still not working. Any advice please as to what may be causing the problem?

This is difficult without seeing the shower, however considering the things you have already done the first place I would look is the transformer, it may be that it is OK on normal but when you turn it to boost it failing.

Thanks for the advice. Have now replaced the transformer and the problem is still there, any other ideas please as to how we might sort it out.

With all the parts you have changed there is only the motor/pump left. This may have a internal fault that is causing it to stop working on high speed.
