Pump only kicks on high power setting

When I turn the show onto the low setting water comes out but the pump does not kick in. If I then put onto high power the pump kicks in. Hot or cold makes no difference.

The fault seems intermittent as yesterday the pump did not kick in on either low or high power.

You may have a faulty loom. This is usually caused by a leaking cartridge, so I would check that as well.
