Water but no power

Our Aqualisa Aquastream (2003 - current) has flow from the shower head but the pump is not going and therefore flow is much reduced. We have changed the fuse but that makes no difference. There is power to it as the isolator switch light comes on when pulled. Is it likely to be the pump needing replacing or could it be something else? Having taken the front off there is nothing obvious on visual inspection (at least to the untrained eye!). We replaced the thermostatic cartridge and loom assembly last year so are loathe to replace the whole shower, but am not sure if we should keep patching it up?

The isolator switch light coming on is no indication of the correct power getting to the transformer and hence the shower.
It maybe that the motor has failed if there is indeed power to the shower.Check the loom again to rule this out.
