I had a aqualisa aquastream fitted 5 years ago but lately you had to turn the temperture control up to get a decent shower so I decided to change the cartridge, after fitting the new cartridge and putting the water back on water was dripping from shower head,no matter what I tried I couldnt stop it,In the end I put the old cartridge back. cartridge number 022801 grey.

Before fitting the new cartridge you should replace the small ‘O’ ring at the rear of the body and the split white ring.

It is not always necessary to replace this ring however if there any problems with the cartridge, the first question you will be asked is did you replace the ‘O’ ring? if the answer is no! then you will be told to phone back once it has been replaced.
