This question is regarding Gainsborough 9.5Kw Replacement Shower Engine - 482802

Is the replacement engine new and not reconditioned. also does the water supply connect from top right as per our Aqualisa 9.5Kw. Which we are having to replace after only 2.5 years use.Why I ask about water connection is that other showers I have looked at the water supply is from top left, which makes it a pain install.

We only sell new parts.

The water connection can be top or bottom fed from the right.
