Leak/Change of boiler

My shower currently has a white cartridge which appears to be leaking. Up until recently the shower was fed by a gravity system but have now changed to a combi boiler. If I replace the white cartridge will it be compatible with a combi system?

This cartridge and body are not designed for pressure system such as combi boilers, so you will need to change your shower.
