I HAVE A SMALL LEAK FROM THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING. DO I NEED A REPLACEMENT GASKET OR TO REPLACE THE COMPLETE CARTRIDGE. THE THERMOSTAT IS WORKING PERFECTLY

I am tempted to say you need a cartridge however to be sure I really would need to know exactly where it is leaking from, the problem is you very seldom have a fault with the gasket, but the cartridge could be leaking and weeping down to make it look like the gasket is leaking.
