On/Off knob and cartridge

Hello, I have a customer that needs a replacement cartridge for this unit. They currently have the grey version which is faulty but alongside that they have recently had a combi boiler fitted so a replacement should really be suitable for higher pressure. They have also lost the on/off control knob but I'm guessing that with the shafts on the Aqualisa cartridges all being the same size there must be an alternative? Functionality of the shower is far more important than asthetics. TIA

You may need to fit the , www.showerdoc.com/aqualisa-multipoint-pink-combi-boiler-cartridge-with-gasket-022802
since they have a combi boiler.
The knob is discontinued and there is no alternative that we know off.

are they not a generic size given that the spindle on the cartridges are all the same?

To my knowledge there are no knobs available for this type of shower.
