Aqualisa Leaking at Control Knob

Referring to the picture you can see the water drip from what I understand is the thermostatic cartridge grey part No. Aqualisa 022801 which I will need to replace. Your web site mentions replacing an 'O' ring when you replace the cartridge .is this a part you sell or an item that I would have to obtain from B&Q ?

This is the cartridge that you have, not the 022801.

The cartridge comes with all the "O" rings that you will need to fit it and an instruction manual.
