This question is regarding Aqualisa Aquavalve 609 Thermostatic / Colt / 409 Manual - Shower Spares

How do I open the Aqualisa Aquavalve 609 Thermostatic?

Could you please advise how to open the Aqualisa Aquavalve 609 Thermostatic head, after I cut the water supply? Is there a screw behind the white knob insert? And if so, does this white insert just pop out using something sharp?

I am trying to get to the root of the leaking problem, as can be seen in the attached photo, any additional help and suggestions would be appreciated!

Press the logo on the left and it will come off revealing a screw.

The leak in these is usually the cartridge , so a new one will be needed.
