problem with my Aqualisa 609

high ive got an aqualisa 609 fitted in my house, i suspect the thermostatic control is upside down due to hot in the cold area and cold in the hot. i can live with that but its either too hot or too cold and no blend of tmperature, any suggestions ?

The problem you describe is exactly the problem you get with reversed supplies.

You just get the water temperature to what you want then it will snap to very hot or very cold.

If it is a surface mounted valve it should be relatively easy to just spin the valve around if it is recessed then you have a problem.................
