shower leaking at head

replaced cartridge and o ring still leaking any suggestions

First check that you have fitted the cartridge in thecorrect orientation there should be a slot in the valve body usually on theright make sure that you have the corresponding slot in the cartridge correctlypositioned.

 

The older versions have brass screws these screws screw intobrass inserts in the body these may split when you remove the oldcartridge  if this happens then it is almostimpossible to het the cartridge to seal properly and you will probably have toreplace the body.

 

If these two things are OK then you may have a faultycartridge, if you bought from us we will replace it.
