No cold flow

Is it possible to incorrectly fit a new cartridge to a pumped system such that there is full on hot water but no cold. From all the tests we have carried out it seems the only other fault likely is that the pump has failed on the cold side but not on the hot. Best regards

You need to check that there is cold water from the pump to the shower and if you run the pump to the shower with the cartridge out you will know if it is reaching the shower.

Sure enough - airlock between pump and shower. Took a hose from the outside tap to dislodge it.
