Aqualisa C900.20

this has started to let-by. Would it be due to limescale build-up? If so Could a flush of citric acid cure it

It is likely to be a faulty / damaged "O" ring or internal damage , which may be due to limescale.
Flushing may solve or exasperate the problem.
