This question is regarding Aqualisa 11cm Long Outlet Pipe/PRD Assembly - 482804

Ped replacement

Thanks to clear instructions you supplied with the PRD we successfully replaced the part and have no more leaks. However when we replaced the cover the on off button will not stop the water flow. We've had to turn off water supply for time being. Do you think this can be fixed. It is a Gainsborough 8.5 SE

If the button is not working when you try it with the cover off , then you may have a faulty engine.

Thank you for your reply. We've tried with the cover off and it still does not work. Can the engine be replaced and if so is it something you can supply.
