Aqualisa axis Hot water

My shower is very hot and when the dial is turned towards cold the water does not get cooler but the water stops to a drip until I turn it back towards the hot again. I've partly taken it apart but don't known which bit is not working

heck that there is cold water getting to the shower, and if so you may have a faulty cartridge.
