Aqualisa Wall Outlet - Dimensions

Hi Can you tell me the overall dimensions of this? I have a hole in a glass splashback to cover!! I need to know the outside overall diameter with chrome piece fitted and also the spacing of the centres of the screw holes in the back plate, relative to the 15mm pipe hole in the centre. The diameter of the back plate is 85mm and the screws have centres 12 mm from the edge.
