Hi, my shower has recently started leaking from the blue area( 022808 your part number) on the shower head ,this happens when the heat control is turned from left to right, I have just re tiled the shower room and had to take the on/off cap apart , im not sure if i have damaged something in this process, please help ?

The only solution is to fit a new manual cartridge which can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
