flow reduces and temperature unstable

Hi we have a aquavalve 200/400 unit that has worked perfectly for the last 2 years. Today it started playing up. The flow is OK initially and then reduces and the temperature becomes unstable. Do you know what this might be please? Thanks

Check that the head and the hose are not blocking up , and if not it may be a faulty cartridge or supply issue.
