Aqualisa Aquastream

The power shower stopped suddenly whilst in use. Only gravity flow now. Shower was purchased in 2009. Could the loom assembly be the problem? Thanks

Check that there is power to the shower. Then check if the loom is working by removing it and pressing the to metal plates back against the white buttons below.
If the loom is faulty , check that the cartridge is not leaking causing the fault.
