Shower won’t turn off

Hello, I replaced the loom assembly on my Aqualisa Thermo integral power shower. This unfortunately hasn’t resolved the problem - the shower won’t turn off and the pump is still making a humming noise, no water coming out, while the knob is on the off position. Do you have any suggestions? Many thanks in advance for your help.

The cam on the front of the cartridge maybe out of line and may need to be moved to the off position.
