Gainsborough shower

Good evening, I have a gainsborough shower which I think is the ambassador model (it looks the same as the one in the picture) which was installed about 15+ years ago. The shower has recently developed a drip from the shower head which has got progressively worse to a point where it now runs. I think the seal may have gone inside the unit. Please can you tell me which parts I will need to replace please?

You could try replacing the "O" ring in the back of the body , but it sounds like you need a new cartridge.
