Leaking Hydromax shower

I've noticed a pretty sever drip within the wall of my en-suite just after I finish showering, and also the shower head makes a funny noise and drips for a few minutes. It has started to damage the wall, and the floor beneath the shower is wet, could this be a faulty seal or part within the shower?

There could be a fault with the mastic sealing the shower etc.

But if the head is dripping after a shower you may have a faulty cartridge as well.
