Digital shower problem

I have a aqualisa digital shower in a house I have just moved to. It has been working fine up until now. When I went to use it today I pressed the button to start it and it just dribbled out with no power as the pump didn't start up as usual. Checked the fuse in the airing cupboard and all was ok. Was wondering if it could be an airlock? I have no idea how old the system is as I have been here 2 months, but it looks fairly new.

You will have to contact Aqualisa direct about this, as it may be a pcb that has gone faulty.
