aqualia shower hose washers supplied ?

Hi, before i purchase this hose to replace my old hose for my aqualisa quartz digital shower, i want to make sure the new hose will come with two new washers...can you please confirm? Many thanks

Hi, aqualisa shower hose arrived and i have fitted it but the end attached to the wall outlet is leaking water badly. Head end is ok. I have checked and washer is in place and the thread on the wall outlet is not damaged from what i can see, what have i done wrong or coukd the hose be faulty ?

I would check the fitting again as it is unlikely to be the hose. If it still leaks you can add another washer to see if that helps.

I have tried adding two washers to the wall outlet end and still leaks a lot. I will try Teflon tape on the thread of the wall outlet today and see if that resolves the leak but failing that I would assume it's the hose right ?

I still think that is most likely to be the outlet.

Hi barrie, you were right i bought more washers and added two extra making that three rubber washers on the wall outlet end of the hose and bingo no leaks or drips so far so fingers crossed that lasts ! Thanks again ..
