shower hose being served by a negative head pump

I have replaced the shower hose on my Aqualisa shower (it was 18 years old). The new hose had resulted in an intermittent flow of hot water. The shower requires a negative head pump to operate. Will your shower hose cure the problem? The flow of hot water to the bath and basin hot taps in the same bathroom are not affected & work normally.

Your hose (Any hose)should have no effect on the pump if it is the type of pump with a pressure vessel make sure that you check the pressure in the vessel
