Can't fault delivery, spot on time & quick. The Aqualisa hose however had a major fault, the supply end is far too shallow to attach to the outlet with the washer supplied. In order to attach the hose I had to substitute a much thiner washer and even then the threads barely meshed to enable me to tighten the connection.
