Adjustable water jets?

Hi



I currently have this system installed in my en suite, the type with the ball joint, the current head is old and needs replacing, but is also non adjustable with regards to the type and amount of water which comes out. Is this replacement an adjustable type?



I would like to be able to change whether it is hard or soft etc.
