Removing Old unit

I have removed the cover plate and the 4 screws but cannot prise the old unit from the wall. Am i missing a step here - is there another retaining screw or something I am missing

It is likely to be attached to the above. The "O" ring maybe the cause of the sticking. WD 40 may soften it.
