I have this shower head fitted in my flat. I've taken off the head & cleaned but the jet of water is just that a jet & not very pleasant. Lots of pressure, but I want a shower with lots of small jets & not one huge one - do I need anew shower head

This head is adjustable if you grip the head and turn the leaver/scalloped bits it should adjust so only the small outside jets work.
