This question is regarding Aqualisa Hydramax Thermostatic Bar Mixer - Exposed With Flexi Head - Shower Spares

No water at all.

Customer reports that when she turns the shower on no water comes out if the shower. Is there a commonly occuring fault with these as with some other showers ?

Check that the filters are clear ,

and if not , you will need to replace the cartridge.
