Fixed head white Aquilisa shower circa 1997

Head ball joint has gone all floppy. How can I investigate problem? Does it dismantle ? If so how?

There are two things that may help. Check that the securing nut from behind the ball to the head is tight, if so then you need to remove the shower head from this nut and look inside, there is an "O" ring that may be damaged.
