Cannot turn off water by using handle when fully "closed" water still leaks through the showerhead

It is going to need a new cartridge

 

Grey cartridge for Gravity or Pumped systems

Pink for a combi

If you are not sure which one, as you are in Edinburgh bringyour existing one in and one of our guys on the counter should be able to help.
