Plastic Shower Head Clip Broken

I have an older (possibly 2004) Hydramax shower in my apartment (it looks like the one above) and the plastic clip which holds the shower head in place has broken in half.



Any ideas where I can get a new one? Or alternatively where I could find the model number for my shower?
