Circuit Board

Can you supply the circuit board for the Aqualisa Mach 250 shower pump. The circuit board bears the name Stuart Turner, and a number 00155v4. Other numbers on the board are 12-50 and 26658 and TATE 06 18. The relay coil and the diodes all appear to be open circuit.

Because of an alteration to the board, the board now comescomplete with the two reed switches
