equalise quartz shower

Hi. we have the above shower which has reliably performed over the last six years (so we are out of guarantee!). A couple of days ago, it was switch on however, while we could hear the valves open and water came out of the head, the pump did not kick in and there is no pressure in the flow. The water mixes OK but as i say there is no pump and no pressure... any suggestions please?

Check that you have 230-240v into the pump. If so, you may have a faulty capacitor or pcb.
Changing these is the only way usually to check this.
