Aqualisa 600 gravity thermostatic valve

Hi, I only get very hot water from my shower even if turned to cold. Could this be the cartridge. It is over 20 years old and was working fine

Since this is a manual cartridge , it is more likely that there is no cold water getting too the shower. But if there is , check that the head and hose are clear .
