Leaky shower

Are the cartridges shown in the picture interchangeable as the one removed is like this picture ,but the one we have had fitted has lots of tubes on as in the big picture with a grey body

Yes they are interchangeable however the one with the spring (Tubes) is thermostatic and the one in the link is manual
