Leaky Shower

I have an Aqualisa shower and I bought a new pink cartridge and replaced it but the head is dripping. Can you advice me on this? Many thanks Mohamed Hirani

Did you replace the 'O' ring in the back of the cartridge housing? See video, link below.

Are you sure that the gasket is in it's correct position?

if you have one of the older versions you have to reuse the original brass screws if you have this type be careful not to over tighten the screws because the brass inserts in the body may split, on a few occasions you may find they have split when you remove the old cartridge if this happens then you will probably have to replace the body.
