AQUALISA MIXER ROTARY SHOWER LEAKING CONSTANTLY AT SHOWER HEAD.

Hi I have recently changed from an old foam cylinder 900x450 top entry immersion and boost pump to an oso direct unvented pressurised system and in doing so it has amplified a leak from the aqualisa mixers shower head ! It seems there is a cassette or something in behind the large rotary knob and sometimes it will not switch off supply of water out the spray head unless you swing the lever behind from cold to hotter a few times to loosen it then it turns off flow !

I have now unscrewed hose to shower head at mixer and taps thread and the valve is constantly passing water which when connected up makes the head keep dripping 24/7 please help !.. Thanks, Matt
