Lack of fine temperature adjustment

I have a Shower Doctor supplied (Dec 2015) Aqualisa Multipoint pink combi boiler cartridge fitted to Aqualisa Aquavalve 609 thermostatic shower supplied by hot water from a combi boiler and mains cold water. It worked ok when the cartridge was fitted (pumped supply changed to combi). The fine adjustment of temperature is now very poor - slight movement either side of an ok setting goes either too cold or too hot. The temperature change is almost instantaneous - this means it's not the boiler issue posted in an earlier reply to the same question. Are there any solutions other than another replacement?

It would appear that another replacement maybe needed , give the description you have given.
