Leaking shower head

Hi, my Aqualisa shower head drips even when I turn the control knob off as tightly as I can manage. Is this likely to be fixed with a replacement cartridge, and is there something I can do to confirm this or otherwise? Also, if a new cartridge is advised, can you please tell me which model I need? Attached a couple of photos of the currently installed one. As you can see, the temperature knob is also broken off, which part is that please? Thanks in advance for your help - Dave

This is your shower and parts available.

A new cartridge should solve the drip.

Depending on the system you have will depend on which cartridge you need.
