Wont turn off

Installed new cartridge complete with O ring. But shower will not turn off when water supply is turned on.

Beforefitting the new cartridge you should replace the small ‘O’ ring at the rear ofthe body, this is another bu**er to change……(something like a crochet hook or thesort of thing that dentists use will help)

It is not always necessary to replace this ring, however if there anyproblems with the cartridge, the first question you will be asked is did youreplace the ‘O’ ring?
