This question is regarding Aqualisa Opto Shower Head - Shower Spares

we have the original Opto shower head fitted in 2010. We now have mains pressure water supplied to the shower. Is there a suitable head that would deliver less quantity of water? Thanks.

You could add the above to restrict the flow.
