The Blank end is simple you just slip the black sealing ring over the plug slip it into the valve housing and screw the nut down hand tight.

The outlet end.

The threaded end sticks out from the valve and counting from the valve back out first the rubber sealing ring then the thin guide ring then the grab ring.

I would slip the guide ring on first followed by the sealing ring both from the plane end of the outlet connector and on about 1/2" an inch Then slip the grab ring on (It will only go one way) from the threaded end, slip it on so it clears the threads by a few mm then offer the complete assembly up to the valve this will push the sealing ring and guide ring up and into place, then offer up the nut as you tighten it ti will pull the grab ring up toward the the valve and the other rings, once again only hand tight.
