Aqualisa Quartz A1 for combi cold feed pulses after shower

Hi. My Aqualisa Quartz A1 for combi, the cold feed and output pulses after using the shower. If I turn off the cold feed for more than a few seconds it stops. It will continue to pulse even with the power removed. I'm guessing there's an issues with the mixer chamber but could it be anything else? Thanks.

There could be a problem inside the controller , such as a faulty stepper motor etc.

But you would be better to have Aqualisa look at it.
