Cutting out & continuing to run when turned off

For some time the shower has needed to be reset by switching off/on the fuse otherwise it runs only cold water. This happens if the shower has been turned on within a few minutes of it being turned off. Recently at the end of a shower cold water continues to run when the off button is pushed. This can also be stopped by turning off/on the fuse. Any suggestions about what might be wrong? Many thanks

Sounds like a faulty PCB inside the digital processing unit, unfortunately this is not available as a spare and you have to buy the complete processing unit.

This unit has a 5 year guarantee so check that it is not still within the guarantee period.
