Water will not stop flowing

When we have used the shower and turned it off the water keeps flowing and is very hot. Have stopped using it in case the water fails to stop.

You could have a faulty solenoid in the processor or a faulty PCB. These processors are not user serviceable according to the manufacturer, but they do have a 5 year guarantee.
