i have a aqualisa quartz digital processor which i changed recently to the black box, when i turn it on the flow slows right down i have tried turning the control to cold and then gradually up as aqualisa recommend but this makes no difference, the flow when on cold is good but as soon as i turn the controller up it slows.i have checked the hot and cold flow to the processor and they are fine. would the hot water temp if it is to high flowing into the processor cause this ?

The controller may not be working. Or the data cable. Are they compatible with the processor? Is it a high or low pressure system?

I would contact Aqualisa direct if you have any problems as your item is still under warranty.
