Aqualisa quartz A1

We have this shower,when you press either the wall mounted or inside button to start nothing happens.My husband unplugged processor in attic and when you plug it back it,it makes a noise then the shower starts working again.But I can't keep going into loft everyone one of us needs to take a shower.Any help gratefully received
